Our newly furbished and well-appointed Arndell Park office is situated at 1 / 28 Holbeche Road, in the local industrial hub, with both street and onsite parking available. This location is our latest, where we opened our doors in early February 2023. Based on positive feedback from our valued customers, we agreed it would be the ideal spot to open a branch to directly support businesses and manufacturing plants.
Located just off Sydney’s Great Western Highway, this new office allows our team to amplify service offerings and accessibility to customers in and around Western Sydney. As we have always done via our original site in Padstow, ibs customers continue to have the advantage of direct access to our Showroom and Pick-Up facility right here in Arndell Park. You can visit us for in-person service Monday through Friday from 7am to 4:30pm.

Showroom, Pickup Facility & Assembly Bay
You will find a comprehensive range of quality brands and products in our fully stocked Showroom. We have on-hand experienced team members available to answer any of your questions while browsing. Plus, ibs can deliver your order to your workplace or required location with our own in-house delivery drivers. This gives customers peace of mind and flexibility during those difficult or busy periods.
When not in the Showroom or out with our customers, our experienced team get their hands dirty with the assembly of motors, gearboxes and industrial equipment. This in-house service is unique to our Arndell Park location and happens right here, in our own purpose-built facility.
The whole team at ibs are excited with this new chapter and look forward to extending our strong customer service model throughout Western Sydney and beyond.
